the premise: a group of 20-something girls decide it would be fun to mail their favorite books to each other in an attempt to be well-read...it's like being pen-pals, only passing on a letter that was written by somebody else...

I am about halfway through Ella Minnow Pea and am LOVING it! Great pick by Suz! This book is for those who are great fans of the English language. This is one of the most creative books I've read in years and I have laughed out loud many times as I read! I am very excited to see how it all ends up. What will they do without any letters left in the English language? And further more, how will he continue to write such excellent lipograms without using the forbidden letters? I hope to write more on Fribs or Satto-gatto.

I know I said I was going to post again like 3 months ago, but I didn't. Ella Minnow Pea is still my favorite book thus far. So cleaver and really a great read.
